I used to go to Puente Hills ( lived area ),always there by7 & out by11:30/11:45. For just a reg service? They kept my car (needed a part ) & owed me a loaner that I didn’t get till almost 3 the next day. My appointment was 7, I got there at 8:15 ( I called that I would be late) & Mr Fears still got my car out B4 11. I believe this was my 3rd time & both Mr Tony & Mr Eric told me what was gonna B done now, what will B next service & what to watch for.
