I came in for an oil change with tire rotation and an issue with a covering under my car that is hanging down. I was told not to worry about the dangling covering and it was nothing to worry about, when it was obviously an issue for me. All this salesperson did was try and sell me more things that didn’t need to be addressed. Telling me that next time I would need 4 new tires. Née tires at 25,000 miles that’s not true . And I had my brakes looked at at another location and there was no issue with my brake fluid. I will not bring my car back for service and what good is a warranty when a simple plastic holder is needed to hold the dangling cover underneath my car.
