Jacob was great as always, but I brought my car in for a minor service, and ended up with car issues I didn’t have when I first dropped it off. Jacob was accommodating, although it was an inconvenience for me to have to take my car back to the dealer to drop it off again and get a rental, and then to still have to make the time to go back on another day to pick it up again. They said it was a sensor issue that needed an update, but I don’t understand how they didn’t just check for this update when it was being serviced? It’s weird to me that the sensor issue happened right after I left the dealership when I never had that issue before.

Tony did an extraordinarily good job. It took a couple of days for him to duplicate the problem that we had reported. (riding rough) once he was able to duplicate the problem he provided a detailed report on what needed to be done. I thought that his attention to detail was exceptional. He is the reason we buy all of our new and leased cars from Nissan Cerritos.
