Tony and the service team always do a great job. This time however, I am disappointed with the Zaktek treatment. My car was returned in a less than satisfactory condition that I am accustomed to. The windows were spotted, smudges on the car that I had to clean off and it was not vacuumed. It seems that whoever performed the service was rushed and did not give the proper attention to my vehicle.

I took my car in for the airbag recall. I had an appointment and Cerritos Nissan had my car for approximately 6 hours. I happened to open the glove compartment the other day and I see an electrical wire hanging from beneath the dashboard into the glove compartment. It appears that whoever worked on my car failed to connect the airbag so now I'm going to have to go back and have this problem taken care of.

I understand that all I was getting was an oil change, but, your complimentary car wash ****!my car actually looks dirtier than when I brought it in, I seriously spent more to get my car washed and basic cleaned , BECAUSE of the crappy car wash that I got! Either clean my car better, or do t clean it at all! Just speaking the truth!
