He was super helpful, and being a relatively new car owner, he answered every question i had about my car thoroughly. Towards the end, i had let him know that i had lost an important ring in the emergency brake. he was more than helpful in helping me look for it, taking apart the middle console, and searching for about 20 min. although he couldn’t find it, he told me another way (when i get home using some tools) how i was able to get the ring. in the end i found it he really went the extra mile to help me and i really appreciates it.

I brought my car in for the Zyrtek Protection coating, after 4 hours of waiting, I walked around my car and noticed dirt marks still in the front bumper and grill of the car and also on the driver side back wheel well. I was disappointed because, if your staff did wash and apply protective coating correctly, they should’ve noted these marks, and corrected it. Brian sent it back, and it was the same results. I didn’t want to wait anymore because I have been Waiting for over 5 hours already. The detail staff should pay more attention on the detail they are doing.

I dread each and every time I bring my car for service at Cerritos Nissan. What I intend to be a routine oil change inevitably turns into an expense exceeding $500 nearly every visit. Upon leaving the shop yesterday, I still have warning lights for low tire pressure and no new oil change sticker was applied. The front bumper is still damaged. What service was actually done to my vehicle?
I sold my car and began a lease with the intention of limiting these excessive maintenance expenses. Now I have a car payment AND maintenance issues similar to what I endured previously, with my 2011 Maxima. What am I even paying for with this lease on my 2016 Altima? What is the extended service package I purchased that so far has not been necessary for any service? This lease agreement has been a nightmare and I look forward to exploring other options with other manufacturers, which is a shame after being a loyal Nissan customer for the last seven years across three different vehicles. I simply cannot afford the time, cost, and frustration associated with this agreement.
