Waited almost 30 minutes to have service advisor to check us in. Also he treated us like some kind of idiots when we asked for the extended warranty service for 3 issues I had with my car by telling us that "did you ask a lot of questions before you purchased the extended warranty?" and he showed no willingness to help our issues unless we need to agreed to pay $210 for the inspection.
Also he was keep asking us who made the appointment when we asked for the waiting time. Which the information can be found it on his worksheet.
We didn't appreciate how he treated us and more likely we won't be using Cerritos Nissan for our future needs.
