I was sold a vehicle without working headlights & definitely without my knowledge, headlight & brackets where replaced within 24 hrs of purchase, less than 20 hours of drive time and the left light is out. I was told to bring vehicle in and was told you would have your mechanics make another attempt or it would be sent to the Chevy dealer to get to the bottom of the issue with vehicle. I dropped vehicle with you on Tues. 7/31 and received a call on Fri. August 2 stating that I had three choices- 1. You could put me in a new vehicle 2. I pay for all labor 3. I pay for all parts Nothing like I was told when I dropped it off. Understandably frustrated already knowing the direction this was taking I came to pick up my vehicle. I was told upon arrival that my vehicle would be a couple minutes as they needed to put it back together and I needed to speak with my sales person who came out with a coworker. My sales person did not say a word, the coworker could see I was frustrated and was the one who reassured me that the sales manager had the right to declined the vehicle would be repaired properly or any offers he put on the table & was told that my vehicle was ready to go. I chose to wait outside for it. As 15 minutes passed I asked for my vehicle and the response I received was, it’s three blocks away I just sent someone for it. My response, when I got here you said it was in the back? His response, we have another shop 3 blocks down where we worked on it. I was speechless and walked out where I silently waited another 30 minutes for my vehicle. I am now left with a vehicle that I paying $15,000 for, with approximately 20 hours of Legal drive time and if anything can only be driven during the day and my story those are my options. So, I will be writing a formal letter including all my proof to Better Business as well as women’s rights & rights for seniors. I will also be sharing my story that I have proof of in all of my speaking engagements and organizations that I am connected with as I would not want anyone to have the experience and hardship I have received in your dealership. Yes/no are not enough adequate responses to answer the question. Mr. Nava is a genuinely nice person but I was at the dealership too long yesterday without receiving any notice as to why it was taking so long. But I do like Nissan and Mr. Nava and I will return.

The car service was great however I had multiple appointments I had to tend to today and they were delayed because my car service took longer than needed. The Nissan employee was friendly and mention he had a emergency that he had to go home for a bit. My main concern is why didn't anyone take over my car service at that time or at least check in with me that it would taking a little bit longer than scheduled. I had an appointment scheduled at 10 am. My car was taken at 1030 and I heard nothing from any Nissan employee until I took myself to the front desk at 130pm when my car was finally done. I understand you guys had many customers this morning and the service was going to take time but I would have appreciated honest updates instead of waiting in the lounge for 3.5 hours and then rescheduling my entire day.

Christian Pulido, was honest, very professional and knowledgeable!!! We were concerned about an estimate we received at Carson, Nissan; Chriatian reviewed our paperwork from Carson Nissan, confered with the mechanic at Cerritos, where the mechanic assured Chistian he would check all the areas of concern on my car. The final analysis was the areas recommended by Carson Nissan( which would have costed us $1000.00, weren't necessary. The tests by the mechanic, at Cerritos, revealed the the battety, the starter, and the other areas that Carson recommened were in "the good working zones." I was charged nothing, and my car was washed!!!! Thanks to Christian Pulido, and his honesty, I will be having all my vehicles in my household, we have four, serviced at Nissan Cerritos; and I will refer all my friends and family(we have lots), to Christian, and of course, Nissan Cerritos. Christian made my day, and he restored my faith in Car Service departments. Myrtle Jones
