I felt I was overcharged for an oil change & tire rotation & fuel injection. $461. & I asked Jonathan Ortiz to see if he could touch up a tiny chip on my fender but he said he couldn't. I was a lil disappointed. ????

Mia gave great customer service unfortunately Nissan change their policy about giving rides to their customers I need a ride home I got one but I needed to get a right back. I paid for my ride back. It took my car almost 3 hours for my car to be ready. I think if they don't want to give us a ride back they should at least not take so long to serve a car it was only a oil change and to put in a new battery. why should that take 3 hours???
