Kenneth took a great care of my Leaf for 1 year service and factory recall. First, there was an issue with my original appointment for last Saturday. The receptionist has told me to bring my car in, and all of the services would be done within 2 hours over the phone, however when I arrived there, service dept. told me that I would have to leave my car, it would take all day. Kenneth rescheduled it immediately, and promised me to get it done within 2 hours on Tuesday. The service was done within 2 hours as he promised, and my car was washed very nice as well. He also took care of my front license plate. Please give him the 5 stars. By the way, I love my Leaf! I have owned 3 gen Lexus before, but Leaf is better!! Thanks!

The service was wonderful... the cleanup on the inside of my truck was not... there was sticky glue like material on my radio face, passenger handle and on outside of window...I’ve cleaned it up... but it was the first time I have been disappointed...I didn’t notice until I was 1/2 way home... but Tony Fears is awesome! That is the reason I come back... it is due to his ability to get work done on my truck!
