Every time I get my vehicle serviced the servicemen tell me an estimate wait time and they always exceed the time they give me. It is absurd that they tell me 1 hour and it somehow turns into 3 or 4 hours. I always waste my time here and everything is overpriced. You would think after paying overpriced car parts they would at least be courteous to your time or be nice. Not rude and avoiding customers. The first time I Came in I wasted my entire day waiting after they told me 2 hours. The second time was excessive wait time past what they told me. Today was ridiculous with 2 cars ahead of me (or so victor told me) an oil change and a tire replacement turned into 3 hours. I am beyond disappointed and will never spend another dollar at Cerritos Nissan.
