Carlos could have expressed more empathy towards my concerns with ny vehicle. Carlos showed little to no customer service at the beginning of my appointment, i felt no support and anxious when i dropped it off - rather than relieved .

Great service provided by Paloma. However must have personnel making sure people are following the pandemic safety requirements n perhaps take temperatures before allowing clients to wait inside. I had a lady stand very close to me and my daughter using her computer talking on the phone with her mask off I had to move away . It was brought up to Palomas attention don’t know if it was taken care of since I decided to wait outside better.
