After i paid he gave me my car key and headed to my hot car. Where is the exceptional service there? Nobody likes to hop into a hot car!!!!

Eric cleaned up everybody else’s mess. I had horrible service the entire process of buying my truck. It was handled all wrong, but nobody cares to listen or accommodate me so I’m pretty positive you don’t care. After Eric took over he made sure it was all taken care of, but that doesn’t excuse the behavior of your sales people.
