I’m a senior citizen with a new car that is under you warranty. I took the car in for service and to inspect a noise that the car was making. I was informed by the service representative to have a family member pressure clean the brakes. The service department stated that the break were at 90% new. But the car continue to make the same noise. Which I’m not sure were the noice is coming from. I’m afraid to drive it while it making that noise. So at the end I did not get anything resolved. And every time I want to speak to a manager I was told they were at meetings all day for the last two days in a row according to the service representative. So I’m very disappointed with the treatment and service I received. I will no longer referred my friends or family members to this dealership. I have been a loyal client for almost 8 yrs now.
