This is the 2nd time I’ve worked with Ivan (I asked for him again cause I was so happy with how he helped me when buying tires, etc)
This time is was in for some recalls and I didn’t realize I had to leave my car as I just carved out a 2 hour amount (that I made up all by myself) and I had work WebEx meetings that afternoon that I needed to be on. Ivan orchestrated an Uber for me and I was able to get back home and continue to work remotely until the end of the day. I have some additional work that needs to be done on my car that the technical staff advised, so I’ll be heading back to the dealership in Certitos because of how well he takes care of customers like me., Thank you for having such a caring employee! I scheduled my appointment for a diagnostic check of the vehicle. Upon arrival I was asked what my major concerns were and I advised that there was a pull when the car drives and that I wanted an overall check of the car. I was charged for 2 different diagnostic charges that were not disclosed until the callback. I called ahead and was quoted $145 for diagnostics but was not aware there would be a separate charge for tires and steering of $145. When I got the email of findings and questioned the charge is when I was made aware that these services carried separate charges. For that purpose,I feel I was overcharged. Service clerk was courteous and friendly.
