All of my concerns were not address. I pointed out to Jacob over the phone that I wanted him to make sure that The rug in my car does not move because it is always moving. It’s been doing that since I bought the car. He told me no problem. When it was time for me to pick up my car , he explained to me everything that they did to the car and then he said do you have any questions for me? And I asked him did they fix the rug? He said I’m going to show you right now how to fix it. he did not address that before I got there. And then once we got to the car he tried to snap the rug back in place and I said to him I didn’t even know it could do that, and then he said for some strange reason it’s not connecting. And then he said do you remember who you bought the car from I said his name was Malik why? he said you need to contact him and ask him about getting you another rug. I left there very disappointed with your company! I would have gladly paid for it. I just wanted it to be fix! Someone needs to tell Jacob that he need to be just a service man and not a technician. Just my two cents.

Car issue was diagnosed but paperwork took an inordinately long time. I asked if I could leave and the paperwork be finished since the car was dine, I felt dismissed, even a bit mocked. While documented as if it had been done it was not (tire maintenance light is still on). And when asked if I wanted a car wash, I said no to try to shorten what was a process that was already drawn out, but it was sent to be washed anyway which made me feel all the more dismissed. I got lectured that I should have brought car in early in the day (I made appointment with your staff) and I got lectured about how important my patience is because the paperwork is so important, has to have management oversight, or else I’d get charged. Do i really need to hear about your administrative processes as if that justifies my long wait? In the end, I’m appreciative of the major work that will be done, but when I’m called to come back to get the work done i’m not looking forward to the interaction again.
