I dropped my vehicle off at 10:45 and was told that the service would be complete NLT 1PM. I went to the service counter at 12:55pm to inquire about my vehicles status, had to wait until 13:15 for a response due to other customer ahead of me, and was told at 13:15 that my service representative gave the keys to the wrong technician and my vehicle would not be complete for another 30 minutes. My vehicle was completed almost an hour late at 13:55. I also requested upon arrival at 10:45 that my vehicle be washed, but was told by David at 13:55 that it would take another 15 minutes to be washed since 2 customers were already ahead of me. At that point it was already an hour past the estimated completion of my vehicle so I opted to not have it washed so I could finally leave. I am not happy with the service I received today.
