I arrived to my appointment at 9:00am to get a oil change, and my car was not ready until 2pm. I was told that my car will take about 2 hours I had a lot of business that I needed to handle but because a regular oil change took 5 hours I was not able to do anything being that I had to work at 3pm. I was beyond frustrated and completely disappointed. I would never recommend anyone to come to this location for anything. I’m even considering trading in my vehicle for a Honda Accord very soon because Nissan was too disappointing. I never want to deal with the Cerritos Nissan location again.

Just disappointed so many things were recommended for service. And weren’t able to fix my air conditioner problem. So expensive to service at Nissan. But, thanks Jaime always a wonderful customer service representative.
