Blower on heater not running.Brought car in day before due to bad weather and was told the next day.Part not available for two days.I was told I could pick up car and bring back later date.Im an ICU and needed car due to work schedule and being on call. I think driving a car with no defrost is dangerous.My car is only 3 years old with 30,000 miles and have nothing but problems.This second time for blower going out. Last year battery was bad, had to be towed to dealetship after being jumped by AAA at work...St.louis, Mo.

When i brought my car in for auto butler I requested a rental a week prior. There was no rental for me. Then I was told enterprise would pick me up and take me to get a rental. Well I got to the service center at 4:00pm to turn my car in for service at 6:00 PM enterprise finally showed up,but after waiting 2 hours I called my wife to pick me I DID NOT get a rental. Once my car was ready the next day. I got a ride to the shop to pick it up ,the technician stated that I owed 30.00 for a rental .I told him I never received the rental and that I had to basically call for my wife to pick me up.
