I was told that i had a free oil change so i went in to ford of upland to get it done. I had to pay more than $7 for a free oil change for the first time ever. Ive had 6 Ford vehicles and that has never happened before. Wasnt happy.

I brought my Flex in for an oil and air filter change with a service coupon. Eric Groulx told me that the coupon wouldn't work for an oil change. So, I had the service done anyway and I wanted a new air filter. When I got my car I looked under the hood to see if the air filter was even checked and I believe it wasn't. Eric told me they would have replaced it if it needed it, but I felt as though he was giving me the brush off. I am very upset and just disappointed with the service and Ford of Upland overall. Won't be returning, and I will make sure my mother doesn't purchase her next Ford at your location. We like to keep the taxes with businesses where we live, but that can be overlook when your treated poorly.
