I was charged over $550.00. In labor for two jobs that take 15min each. I had a battery changed out for &189.00!!!!!!! And a back up camera for $480.00!! I have changed both before and know they are 15 min jobs that is a bit extreme. I get all of my service done at your dealership but I truly feel I was taken advantage of this time.

I requested a car wash which Robert did promise. When I came to pick up my vehicle the car had not been washed. I let Robert know and he had it washed immediately. It wasn’t a big deal waiting 15 minutes for the wash, but maybe a communication breakdown between service and car wash.

I sat in the lounge next to Robert’s office and noticed the time you’re tech. placed my keys and completed work order on his desk. The keys sat on Robert’s desk for 33 minutes while he came and went and waited on another customer. I observed that even when he decided to process the order it was another 10 minutes before he leisurely walked to the printer to get the document for the cashier. This would not have been so bad except for the fact that I sat in the lounge for an hour after my vehicle was tagged and moved but no one took the initiative to create a work order. Two hours later I was on my way. This was not a good experience.

I made an appointment for a basic service & was told it would take about 2 hours. I brought it in at 7AM so I would get out early for an appointment. It wasnt done yet at 10:30. I called & he told me they were just starting the transmission service. What?? I didn't know anything about a transmission service. He said it was the first item on my estimate. I looked at it & there was nothing that said transmission. He can explain this if you ask him, but I was expecting the basic service I signed up for. He promised it would be done by 11:30. He called at 11:45 to tell me it was done & the shuttle would be there shortly but they couldn't find the shuttle driver. I finally talked to Kim and she got someone to pick me up. I got back home at 12:30. My 2 hour service lasted 5 1/2 hours. Needless to say, I missed my appointmENT & was VERY upset.
