Very disappointed. I dropped off my truck Friday 3pm for Diesel Works oil change. I also asked them to wash it as I know that is part of your service if you ask .. I was contacted by Robert later that evening saying my works package was complete and that I needed front brakes .. I asked if they could do that Saturday morning and he said of course we can .. I gave him the OK and figured I would pick my truck up late morning .. I was emailed at 11 o’clock by Robert to say I will be letting you know when your truck is ready to pick up . I called in at 11:30 because I needed to do things that afternoon with my truck .. asked for Robert and they said he wasn’t even working today, that the works package was complete but the brakes weren’t .. then I told him Robert said brakes would be done today in the morning.. I think it was Eric said the brake tech was there, that it would get done but not till the end of the day.. I called back at 3pm as you close 4pm. Talk to Steve and he did not know what was going on, would have to check into it and call me back .. steve’s called back at 3:30 apologizing and saying my truck was not going to be done there was a miss schedule and that he was sorry .. I find this unacceptable from a big company like Upland Ford .. he said he would give me the brake service at half price which was nice.. it’s still wasted my whole day and now I have to bring my truck back in for brakes service .. not only that I got an email at 3:30 that said my truck was completed and ready for pick up.. email system I think is a little bit out of whack .. when I picked up my truck not only were the brakes not done car wash was not done so yeah you could say I’m upset very disappointed in not satisfied at all .. everybody has a bad day I hope this was one of yours and it doesn’t happen again or I will change dealerships .. I appreciated the prompt service and that mr Perez went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. I live in Eastvale. I could go to the Ford dealership in Norco - so much closer, but I have been dealing with Upland Ford for years of excellent service.
