I had a recall on my car and took it in several months ago. Ford said I would have to bring it back because it was a 2 part job. You said you would contact me when the parts came in. I never received a phone call. We finally made an appointment which was scheduled for last Wednesday. I get a phone call that the car wasn't going to be looked at until Friday morning and it still was not finished until 3:30 Friday afternoon on a job that we were told was only supposed to take 2 hours. My car wasn't even washed considering I was inconvenienced for 3 days without a car. This is the first time and last time we will ever buy a Ford. My best friend and I bought our Ford's together on the same day and we both had problems with the backup camera only 3 years in to having the car. Of course it was already out of warranty. I am completely frustrated with your poor customer service. Never again will we buy another.

Kim Hawkins was great. I went in to get the first oil change on my 2018 f150. Got it back with damage to the left rear door. Kim took care of the problem. She offered very good customer service and kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle. I gave an unsatisfactory entry because, even though her service was excellent, the mechanics and porter’s service was far from satisfactory. I am hesitant to go back to Ford of Upland because of the damage caused to my vehicle. But Kim’s service was outstanding, and as far as I’m concerned she did a great job under the circumstances she found herself in regarding my vehicle. She really made me feel like everything was under control.
