My car battery went out suddenly. The car was brought to Ford of Upland and although Kim is wonderful and the team members are polite, they had no eta on my car completion. I had no way to get to work and could not afford a rental. The car took a month to be completed and despite my attempts to ask for assistance with a loaner, the dealer wanted to charge me 30 a day. I feel that if a customers car is going to be kept for a long period of time, out of consideration for the customer a loaner should be provided with no charge. The car was fixed and we are happy with the repair, but were put in a difficult financial hardship because of it.

I took my vehicle in for recalls and had to leave my car overnight a few days. The job was complete in three days but I couldn't pick it up until the fourth day due to lack of transportation. I wish Ford of Upland could have offered me a rental, free of charge for the lengthy of the service.

Robert Perez , is a great service writer that will go to any limit To do what ever it takes to make a customer happy and the techs Did a great job in the installion of the parts .clean work , About the only that was not done . Was the return of the parts Only because the part are only about 3 weeks old and I need To get a credit or refund from the place we purchased this parts . This is very importan that these parts are returned to me. Thanks for the good service .
