Kim was very helpful and professional in assisting us to get our Explorer fixed and back to us. John was very courteous and friendly and drove my wife home after dropping off the car.

After dropping my Ford Edge off for oil change I Was advised by phone I had major oil leak that needed 1800.00 in repairs, this car never left oil on my concrete driveway. When I explained this to mr perez I was told of a felt pad under the engine that soaked up the oil, no no no , I checked the oil level that evening and found it one quort overfilled. I paid a fair price for the trans & engine service but would never return to this dealer. The sense of urgency to FIx a non problem is inexcusable.
