Brought my car in for an oil change at 7:45am they told me the car would be done at 11 I called couldn’t get a hold of anybody I came at 12 they still had to put my car on the rack to do the oil change I had to sit and wait 40 minutes

Service was good. But honestly i had call to see if my truck was ready. He send me a txt right after was going to pick up my truck. So very disappointed on that. Other think wen i was calling, they put me on hold for long time. that happen 2 times. That nv happen before. Rate u as ??. Was very poor this time.
The service person should also tell me if i wanted to replace the air filter went doing the services. Which that nv happen too. They only change the oil filter.
Bad bad. Disappointed.
