Purchased my truck out of the ford in Carlsbad. Initially pulling up I was excited they had the F-150’s with a custom lift and tires immediately caught my eye. We walked on the lot and within a minute we had help by the gentlemen named Ron. He was super professional, polite, knowledgeable and didn’t push to get us into something we didn’t want to. My overall experience was great I would highly recommend everyone I know to the Carlsbad store.

I should have asked how much the hourly rate is for service work. I was surprised when cashier said $471 for a door latch and that was just labor, the part was $151 which I paid in Monday and returned Thursday to have installed, Joe did tell me 2 hour to install, which they charged me 2.5 hours but was amended to 2 hours

Was satisfied with Chad and the work that was done but very disappointed with the employees for not wearing facial masks. If this is an essential business then they should be wearing masks. All service attendants and cashiers. About 90 % were not wearing masks. Very disappointed.

They did a panel respray. I just wanted them to buff and clay. The panel has debris in the paint it's not smooth it has bumps all over it. The paint looks good though. Also this vehicle looks like it had water intrusion on the headliner at the rear hatch. There's a water stain that needs to be removed and hopefully the leak was sealed.
