The only disappointment was that the service advisor told me that my car would be washed before I picked it up. But, this was not done and the service advisor was nowhere to be found when I picked up my car.

I was very happy with the service and Joe was great. When they brought my truck around the guy driving it did have gloves on but had a plastic cover for the steering wheel. He threw that on the floor and left it for me to take care of and basically he touched the door inside and out and the great shift with his bare hands. No good as we are all trying to stay safe these days. I was completely unimpressed. I had to ask twice for them to bring my truck around as well.
