I have not decided whether or not to proceed with repairs but the assessment process took an inordinate amount of time. I expected 2-3 hours but it was 5.5 hours by the time my vehicle was released back to me. However, all of the staff members were very polite and friendly which helped tolerate the wait. I have one more comment unrelated directly with the service. The signs leading to the service area could be improved starting with the sign on Kenwood Ave. A tree limb is blocking the arrows and needs to be pruned. Thanks!
