Craig was the nicest and most helpful person I have ever had at a car dealership. I normally dread going to the actual dealership for service, so much so I learned how to change my own oil on my previous vehicle. But when I purchased a Cadillac I decided I would rather have a professional work on it and I could not be more pleased to have a more helpful service guy. Thank you for having people like him working there!

To begin with when I arrived I was sent to a service advisor that was not at his desk. After waiting almost 10 minutes I was roughly greeted after I made it clear I had an appointment. It took a long period of time to get any update on my vehicle including multiple phone calls. Upon picking up my car it took quite a while to get the car.

Brought in the car for routine maintenance. Two days later the AC stopped working and I have to go back again tomorrow. In addition calling to schedule another appointment was painful after being transferred 3 times and then the scheduler was terrible. No one understood the frustration of having to come back again for service and trying to work around my schedule to make this happen. Finally I hate the amount of time it takes to get the vehicle serviced. For a simple oil change and tire rotation in the last it has taken hours. You do not offer loaner cars so I have to arrange for someone to pick me up and drop me off. Overall the entire experience can be improved. I will be in tomorrow to have the AC troubleshot after already being at the location Tuesday for service.

While I was satisfied with the service experience, I have not had an opportunity to drive my car enough to know if the issues addressed by the mechanics have resolved my concerns to my satisfaction. So I will reserve the right to give feedback on the repairs once I am able to assess the repairs and determine if the they are conclusive.
