John Kerner did a great job like usual but the mechanic did not reattach the hood relese. The hood release is lying on the back of the drivers side floor board. The rear lease for the tail gate latch worked when I took in the vehicle it is now not working. John Kerner kept me apprised of what was going on with the vehicle but the mechanic did not put the vehicle back in working order. I am a loyal Lindsay Ford customer and rely on Lindsay Ford to maintain my Ford vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.

John wasn’t available at time of me arriving so I was helped by Oliver and Oliver assisted me through the process and then once John was available he helped me end the inspection and gave me a wash and vacuum of the car. However one of the washers dirtied up my side view mirrors with dirty water and it stayed on there. Make sure to have clean water!!!
