John said it was fixed, and he trusts his mechanics to really be finished with the job. When husband picked up, the job was not done, John had to have mechanic come and do it in a rush because it wasn't done and they were closing.And we paid for that. We are hoping it will not leak,it's a sunroof stuck open! Not satisfied with the handling of this situation. I guess we'll know what happens when it rains!

I'm glad your service has improved. It's a step better than before. But there is no way to compare with the service of Japanese car companies, they are more comprehensive and more detailed, and think more earlier than guests. For example, my mother bought a Japanese car, but the first time she changed her engine oil, the car company called to remind her to change it.

I came in for routine oil change and multipoint inspection. I was told it would take 90 minutes and decided to wait. After 75 minutes I saw the vehicle out front. Michael said it hadn’t been washed yet and asked if I wanted to have the complimentary wash. I said, sure. An hour later I was still waiting. Michael determined it still hadn’t been washed. I couldn’t wait longer. He comp’d me the costs and I left with the dirty vehicle. Michael was great but service took too long and was incomplete.

I bought new tires and the tires were placed on the rear wheels rather than the front. Also, you all recommended four new tires. I said that I only wanted to replace the fronts. When I asked if the old rear tires now on the front were okay, your service manager said that the front tires were practically new. One of these positions was untrue. I suspect that I didn’t need four new tires and you all tried to sell me four when I only needed two.

I had made an appointment 8 days prior to my appointment day, All I needed to get was a Maryland State Inspection so I could do my job with Uber, I fully explained this to my service advisor John, this is my only income. Which he also knows, it took them 9 and a half hours to do a simple inspection. I had numerous trouble getting ahold of John to see what was up, well needless to say I lost an entire day of work, which I thought was very unfair to me, being that I had an appointment, I am very disappointed that this has even occurred, I bought my car from Lindsay and I was always told that you guaranteed me that you would always take care of me when I needed service but that doesn’t seem so her I’m not accustomed to being treated so poorly by anyone I’ve paid 55 thousand dollars to in buying my vehicle there, I paid for a oil change maintenance package, and each time I come in for even an oil change, it takes between 3 to 5 hours, and that’s with an appointment, it seems to me that you care more about the big jobs and let the little 90 dollar jobs sit all day even with an appointment, what’s the point of having to make an appointment if your going to make a customer wait the entire day for an inspection, I just don’t get it, but I can tell you this we are completely dissatisfied with your service of our ford

The service was terrific, and Oliver Hogg was wonderful. But, for some reason, Lindsay Ford found it necessary to send me over a half dozen text messages, promoting various things. It was annoying and offensive.
