Took car in for warranty repair . Fixed that but now front door window switches don’t work right. I tried to contact Laura and just got voicemail. She never called me back. I think Lindsey is so large a dealer that they just can’t get to everyone to provide the service they need. Auto emails don’t count. I’m very disappointed and can’t afford the time to keep going back for repairs and waiting.

The vehicle was damaged while at Lindsay. It is clear that the damage happened at Lindsay because the scratches on the dent are fresh and I pointed it out when I picked up the vehicle. Lindsay has yet to acknowledge that the damage was done in the lot. The attitude was truly unbelievable.
We did not receive updates on the repairs while the vehicle was there even after we asked multiple times.
We bought the vehicle there and were planning to buy our next vehicle there until this recent nightmare. We reported the damage to our insurance company and are waiting for Lindsay to get back to us.
I would like to discuss with the owner of the dealership.
