Dan is a credit to your operation an as such should be well compensated. I will certainly consider a VW in my future automotive purchases.

I first met with Pete Herman and he was trying hard to sell me a maintenance plan. I had requested a loaner car and was told yes over the phone but one was not available for me. Pete stated that the service would only take 45 minutes so I was not entitled to a loaner. Then when I met with Dan he was not sure the car would be ready by noon. Ultimately it all worked out but my overall experience was disappointing based on no loaner car, the hard sell on the maintenance program and then not sure the car would be ready by noon.
