Poor communication regarding the status of the vehicle and very difficult to contact anyone at the dealer. No response to my texts and voicemails. I had to find alternative transportation at the last minute yesterday. Today, after multiple calls I finally got through to someone and was informed the car was finished. The repair order indicates it was finished yesterday.

I have always had great experiences in the past but I dropped my car off yesterday morning after calling the day before to confirm it was ok to do so and they never even took my car back to look at it. Apparently they were very busy but it was very disappointing that they couldn’t look at my leaking sunroof before the rain started again today and they didn’t bother to let me know they didn’t have time until I called at 4:30 to say I needed to pick it up and they called back at 4:45 to say they hadn’t done anything. Very disappointing.
