My only complaint and it is NOT with joe,is that I asked for a wash Ave it was definitely NOT washed, it was like half clean if that and that back wasn't even touched to be cleaned. Again, no complaint with Joe, he was AMAZING!

Was very unhappy. Kevin was trying to convince me to do more work on my car. I came in for an oil change at 6:45 AM. After waiting 2 hours found out there was a leak that needed to be repaired . Kevin told me it was 4 hours. Acted surprised when I called at 1:30 for an update. He failed to tell me when the repair would start and apparently parts needed to come in. I was supposed to be out of town and had to wait a day to leave. When I called back he was gone for the day. Ended up getting my car at 6:30 PM
