Since one lift was broken, there were delays in servicing. However, John was up-front and warned me at the very beginning, giving me an option to reschedule if I wanted. I chose to stay and wait extra time. I appreciated his transparency and advice. Very personable, and the car was finished sooner than I expected. Thank you!!! ***** (5 stars)

The tire rotation that was due was not performed...it was promised but not completed. To add insult to injury, I was told it was done and provided at no charge as a gesture for coming to the dealership for the first time for service on my 2017 Pilot.
Shame on you, claiming it was done and "performed at no charge as a thank you for coming in".

I bring my car to the dealer because most of the time you can and sure that you’re getting quality service and may not always be the cheapest as compared to other mechanic places but who can you trust if you can’t trust your dealer now I know there was one time I brought my car at Honda On Grand Avenue in Chicago and I took it there and they tried to sell me some service I didn’t need so I stopped going there and I came back to you guys because that’s where I bought my original 2005 Honda pilot when I was married but there was also one time That you guys missed diagnosed and said I needed a new radiator when I didn’t and I called you out on it and you admitted you were wrong but you gave me a couple hundred dollars worth of free work so I appreciate that here’s the deal I don’t mind spending a few extra dollars I just want the job done right and I don’t want to have to be bringing it back tires are expensive the labor is expensive and quite frankly I think you guys make good money on that just be honest and you’ll have your customers coming back
