Everyone was amazing, they listened to what I had to say and when I said the problem wasn’t fixed they were very willing to take it back and look at it again. The problem got fixed without any fuss and no frustration to me. I’m very happy with everyone I worked with! Shan was the best, completely understanding and easy to get along with..but everyone else I worked with was great too, the mechanic, the girl who got me the loaner and even Sam and the service manager. Your service team and general manager are excellent. I have expressed multiple times to them that the 2016 MDX transmission drives horribly. It's unfortunate because the rest of the car is great it just drives terrible. Your team is trying to help but their hands are tied because Acura won't acknowledge the German transmission is faulty and replace it for customers. I'm at the point of considering another vehicle manufacture even though I normally own a car for 6-8 years before trading in.

It was my first time to McGrath and will be back. Superb costumer service very friendly knowledgeable and you can tell he enjoys his job as well makes the client feel welcomed. Service was done in a timely manner. The cashier was the only unfriendly person even though she was going to take my money. Most of the time she was on cell Phone looked like she was texting. Doesn’t look good. I would definitely give the service attendant a raise. Great job.

Today I went to have the van looked at for an alert came on while driving. I just had a similar issue the day prior and thought it was fixed properly. The problem was our tire pressure sensor wasn’t working. So we had it replaced yesterday. Today I had Ose (not sure if that is the correct spelling of his name) helping me. Usually the customer service we receive is outstanding. Today was different. I know it can get busy, however I waited 2 hours for an issue that could have been fixed in 20 minutes. Ose said he was very busy, that he had a lot customers all at once and he would check on the car. I was disappointed in how things went today.

I would like to get to a point where I can answer yes to this question but, thus far, performance has fallen well short of expectation. 1. I got confirmation that a heated steering wheel would be installed. It wasn't so my departure was delayed almost 3 hours while the installation was done. Although declined, lunch was offered so an attempt was made to rectify; I appreciate that. 2. My integrity was questioned because the bank check drawing on personal funds only had my wife's name. My wife got a call from the dealership detailing the amount while she was at the bank. She was not told that the check had to have my name. In order to take delivery of the car, I had to sign papers for a loan which I was told would be shredded once the finance department spoke with my bank. Provided the loan is shredded, I can move past this. 3. I was told the vehicle would be detailed. It wasn't as evidenced by the scuffed seats, trim and headliner, grimy windshield and spoon, yes a spoon, that we found. I detailed the car yesterday so no longer an issue. 4. I was told that paint chips would be repaired. When I saw that they weren't, I was given touch up paint. I did the repairs yesterday so no longer an issue. 5. 3 of the 4 wheels are damaged. One has a chip with touch paint poorly applied while the other two have curb scuffs. The 182 point inspection doesn't haven't any checks on the wheel condition suggesting it wasn't done. Perhaps if they had been inspected, they would have been repaired. I'm upset with myself for not noticing the lack of check marks. I should have gotten on the ground, despite the pouring rain, to inspect the wheels. That said, there are a number of items on the checklist that I am not able/qualified to inspect so maybe I'm being to hard on myself. I'd like McGrath or Acura to cover the repair or replacement of the three wheels at my local Acura dealership. If that's done, I'll gladly change my answer to this survey to yes.

No need to contact me and for the most part everything went well. However after the car was finished my keys were accidentally locked in my car. Again was not intentional but was there with my 1 year old and the additional 45 min wait could have been a nightmare. Fortunately turned out to be just pretty inconvenient. Also Marc was supposed to give me an estimate for a repair we talked about but he never returned after my car was opened and wasn't able to be tracked down by a coworker, so could you have him email it to me?
