asked me on the type service I needed, asked questions. He told me an estimated time to do the work and kept me informed during my wait time. After the service was done, he came to the waiting room, told me of additional items that will need service in the future. He thanked me for coming and had my car waiting for me in front of the building.

Awais was fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable and nice. Kudos to your entire team. I can’t tell you much honesty means to me. I came in with a diagnostic from another place that said I needed a new high pressure AC line. MCGrath service let me know that the line was just loose and needed to be clamped. That saved me hundreds of dollars and gave me full faith in the integrity of your service department. ??????Awais kept me informed and went the extra mile at the end by cleaning the interior of my car for a trip I have tomorrow. The car wash was icing on the cake. Thank you for another great experience at McGrath.

Awais did a great job of setting up the service on my TL. I have always used Acura of Libertyville, but after learning one of the McGrath's purchased them, decided to give Morton Grove a try. They may become my first choice for service.
