I purchased my RDX about 6 months ago and Paul remembered exactly who I was as soon as I arrived at the service center! I have been extremely busy the past 6 months and did not have the chance to drop off my car for them to apply the protection package. The papers in the computer did not show details regarding this and I had no paper copy. Paul went above and beyond to check elsewhere, found the paperwork, and set me up with a loaner! From start to finish, Paul provided me with exceptional customer service! He is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
