Everything went fine with the drop off and the work performed. I received a text at 9;15 to say my vehicle was ready but to please wait 15 -20 minutes for the paperwork to be completed. I arrived around 9:35-9:40. The woman at the desk hadn't received the paperwork. I texted Shant twice to check to see if I should go to him and then asked if there was a problem. I didn't receive a response. I asked the woman at the desk if she could check with him. She wasn't thrilled about it but then called. He didn't pick up. I went back to him around 10 as he was finishing up with another customer. He handed me my papwework which was completed and sitting there as well as my car parked, ready to go. I found it a bit annoying to have to wait an additional 25-30 minutes for the completed paperwork to get from Point A to Point B.
