Where do I begin? The whole dealer is falling apart. There is no clean area for refreshments. It’s unwelcoming with filth —- fake creamer everywhere in the counter and fake sugar. Coffee machine is dirty with sticky coffee grinds about and is in dire need to be replaced. Who would want to prepare themselves something warm to drink out of that machine?! The waiting area was filthy dirty, carpet hasn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in ages. I was freezing due to lack of heat. The entertainment section cabinets are old and falling apart. The tv is older then the dealership couldn’t hear the news. To top it off, the bathroom didn’t have light bulbs?! Went in the dark! Simply unacceptable. Asked service to wipe down my windows due to dirt since he recommended not to get a car wash since it was below 20 degrees and they forgot. Had to drive back to have Service excuse themselves because their detail department handles these requests and they were gone for the day - to wipe down windows you need a detail appointment?! It was only 5:45pm. The GM/Owner should read this. Although I live my car the dealer is simply falling apart and has been needing a revamp for over the last 5 years at the least since I have been a family of Acura. Very dissatisfied.

Carlos was great, very nice and listened to the issues with the car. The technician investigated my issues, that was fine as well. The part that I am unsatisfied with is that there was no resolution to my issue. My brakes have been very loudly squealing in any weather under 50 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until they “warm up”. While I appreciate the inspection yielded “no issues” it does not change the fact that this car is an embarrassment to not only me, but itself. I assume this sound from a brand new car is not a great advertisement to onlookers.
