I had spoken with someone over the phone who said I would be able to get a loaner car as long as I made an appointment for my car service. However when i arrived for my appointment I was told I couldn’t get a loaner as there weren’t loaners available. This man (not the service rep who then took over getting my car serviced) was rude in his demeanor and made no effort to accommodate my needs given the incorrect information I was given nor apologize for the inconvenience. Furthermore I saw at least 2 ppl come in with dead batteries and get a loaner while I waited for my car to be serviced. I expected far better service from Acura.

Leo did an exceptional job servicing my vehicle and ensuring I was completed satisfied. I really appreciated his friendly yet diligent approach in explaining the first place finish process
He also found the second key for the new MDX A-Spec I purchased a week ago (apparently one of the keys was lost the day I was to pick up my new car). He essentially saved me a second trip to get a new key programmed. Leo is an excellent employee and McGrath should do everything possible to retain talented employees such as Leo.
