I do have one issue with the cashier. She’s stated I would not me able to pay via check as a manager was not in the facility to verify the transaction. I feel this policy is not in line with your customer service standards. It was a terrible inconvenience.

All the work requested was competed as promised. Everyone was friendly and helpful. However, I noticed that the wax that was used on my vehicle was not removed completely. There is wax residue in the crevices of the vehicle and on the rubber trim. Although the vehicle was washed and cleaned upon delivery, the wax was not removed entirely. I thought it would wash away with hand car washing, but it still exist. I would like to have this taken care of and would be open to remedying the issue. Thanks
