This was my second service at McGrath. Both times the inside of my car has been full of water. 1st time- inch of water in my floor mats and seats totally wet. Had to get attention of a manager and wait for car to be dried out. This time, almost half inch of water in my cup holder with my key fob floating it in. Again, standing water in the floor mats. Again had to get someone attention to get towels to dry out the car before i could drive it. And yet the inside of the car is not really clean...if I come back, I feel like I need to direct them not to wash the inside of the car because of all the water.

I was 100% satisfied with all interactions with Ron. He was kind and helpful. I’m still unsatisfied with the ongoing issues I have with my vehicle. I understand the service department is doing their best, but it does not seem that we have any definitive solutions. Also, although my car was serviced for navigation/radio/Apple car play issues, I get into my car and there is a system update alert. How was the system serviced if an update wasn’t even installed?
