The customer waiting area was terrible fail. Refrig was empty (not one thing in it), dirty, filthy. Coffee maker was broken and read out said call for service.
The table was filthy and there were 3 partial cookies under the dirty glass cover.
Wadded up napkin on chair. Way below any standard you may be trying to match.
