No I am not satisfied with Acura services at all. I have brought my car in to check manufacture default which they found. They kept my car in for more than week and half. When I pick up my car passenger side window galas has crack. When I did drop my car at Acura for service window wasn’t cracked. So I ask them and there response at the time was ohm it was crack when you brought your car. No one from the service department called or notified me that car glass window is damage because it was not. Even in the they did not have any pre inspection paper said that it was damage on the passenger side window had crack. They are lying to me and didn’t want take responsibility to fixing my car window. I did even try to talk to the service director . First of all he did not want hear what happened . He said ohh I don’t want know what happened put everything in the back and it didn’t happened at Acura so we can’t help you.If you want fix your window you have to pay for it. He was not want listen to me why I was not happy with the service. I have brought my so many times before and told them my has sensors problem and they said do you want tread in your car instead of looking for problems. I have brought my car brand new 2018 and start having all kinds of manufactur defaults like with my car breaks, driver side mirror, sets heater and others. After keeping my in the service for more than week and half still it’s not fixed probably and still have the same problems. Top of it my passenger side window was damage by them and didn’t want to take responsibility. Keeps lying. I am not at all happy with this Acura service at all. I am also going to put my review about this place on Acura website and BBB how are they treating their customers. NOT HAPPY
