I am always satisfied with Acura’s service and with Leo. He is so polite and clear with me about what my car needs to have done. Sitting in the waiting room is comfortable and everyone is friendly.

When I told the manager my issue he acted like it was not the car but rather my phone carrier or my iPhone. Maybe instead of acting like I’m an idiot, just take a look at my car first before acting like it wasn’t my car. I had made a service appointment and all so I was time slotted for service. Once they hooked my car up they realized it was my car & not my phone or AT&T.

Paul is great. My biggest concern is how you was my vehicle. I take pride in my car. Always have. I love the product, but your porters are so bad at washing costumers vehicles. My car was so dirty when it was returned to me. The floor mats have clips that are designed to hold them to the floor so they don’t move which could cause an accident if the did move causing you the inability to brake the car or possibly pin the accelerator to the floor. More pride needs to be taken in ensuring your customers safety and happiness with their vehicle. Service is A++ but your porters are inexperienced and don’t seem to care.. thank you.
