Always do a good job! My car looks great! I am very happy with it. My only complaint is the urgency with picking my car up. I had 3 phone calls in 20 minutes and a couple texts. My car was detailed and the carpet was still wet when I picked it up. It was steaming up the windows. I picked it up at 5:00 on Saturday. If you had kept it until Monday morning it would have dried out in your nice warm garage. I know you’re closed on Sunday so I didn’t see the urgency, as I said.
Paul did follow up with me. He was very efficient. I’m very happy to know that you now do body work.

When I bought my car I wanted my key to have remote start so we set up a date to have two new keys with remote start. This is what myself and the salesman Rafi were under the impression was going to happen. My car only came with one key, and I wanted a second, and I was told by the salesman that I was getting two new keys that each would have remote start so I would be good to go after I had the remote start installed. I brought my car in and when I picked it up I still only had one key and now had two separate remotes that would remote start the car but couldn’t be used to drive the car. This is not what I wanted at all and the devices that were sold to me do not match what I was told. Now I’ve paid $955 for something that I do not want. The salesman was also very confused by the two separate remote start only keys. It’s not what he thought I was getting either. If I was presented with the fact that I was getting two remotes that only remote start the car then I never would have gone through with the service. Now I have to carry two key fobs, don’t have a second actual key to start the car, and have an extra remote that only remote starts the car. I either want two new keys that start the car and have remote start on each of them or I want a refund for being mislead. The whole situation comes across as deceiving and information was not presented to me the way it should have been. I was then told by Paul Tran that since my car was a base package I couldn’t get the key that had remote start. This makes no sense. I found the key on the Acura express parts website and it says it can be used for a 2018 Rdx base awd. My 2007 Chevy impala had remote start in the key, my moms 2014 Highlander has remote start in the key, and my dads 2016 Kia has remote start in the key. Surely a 2018 luxury brand Acura even under the base package can have remote start in the actual key and not in a separate remote. I was told after my service today that the general manager would call me on Monday to discuss. Again, I want two keys that each have remote start or i want a refund. I was told I was getting one thing and was given something else that was not what I wanted for a very steep price. To top things off I couldn’t be assisted at the dealership today to resolve the matter and have to wait until Monday to speak to the GM because he or she was busy. I want this issue to be resolved immediately. I had a pleasant experience with buying the car with McGrath Acura of Morton Grove last week but this situation has disappointed and soured me.
