Paul was very helpful and professional. Service was done slightly sooner than expected. Social distancing was observed and everyone was masked.
I’ve been meaning to write to say that about 6- 8 months ago, I had a tire pressure light came on and was quite panicked because I had to go a long stretch down the tollway. It was already late in the evening. I had trouble finding the dealership and a lovely younger woman talked through things with me on the phone.She also stated that they would wait around until I was there, where they did check my tire pressure, fill the tires and reassure me. She was probably in early 20s, tiny with longer dark hair. If she is still there, please recognize what a great employee you have.

I feel like every time I come in there is always something found that requires and add’l purchase. This time it was windshield wipers and a dirty filter. There’s always a ‘special’ or ‘coupon’ they apply but I leaves me feeling uneasy. This time, they came out and the woman next to me also needed wipers which seems suspicious. And when I got home, my husband said he replaced them in the summer.
Makes me wonder how many other things I’ve paid for unnecessarily.
