I will be looking to replace my Acura in the spring. I will likely look at a Toyota (Prius?) A Toyota dealer is more convenient for me and I hear they have a very good service department. Btw, I spent 2 hours today (not including travel) to have a battery replaced. I had an appointment and at the time I made the appointment I noted that the reason was because I was having trouble starting my car. So how long should it have taken to determine my battery needed to be replaced?

Shabbir was accommodating to each of my requests and took the time to answer each of my concerns. The only draw back was that my records from all my previous services were not available for review by your staff. Which I didn’t understand since all my vehicle services were handled by Mcgraath Acura at the Chicago location. Overall excellent customer service!!
